Light beginners MetCon for the groups workout today:
3 rds for time
10 KB Swings
Run 200m
A: 6:56 (Smoker, Trying to Quit)
R: 4:54 (Excellent effort for the first MetCon type WOD he's done)
R2: Same WOD tomorrow
The guys have only been at it a week or so, but so far they are loving it. We have a few more folks interested, so we'll be adding a few athletes soon.
The gear is coming along, We got some PVC for OHS practice today, boxes and Parallelettes are being built.
