After a couple days off for the holiday, we're back to working out.
Three guys for the workout today.
Warm-up - Squats/Push-ups/Arches/Sit-ups/Samson Stretch
Skill Work: Air Squats, Push-ups
Workout: 4 rounds of Tabata Squats, Push-ups - Focus was on maintaining proper form, and continually moving. As technique improves we'll add speed.
I personally love Tabatas, we'll be doing quite a bit of them. Slowly adding Intensity until the guys are ready for the full 8 rounds x 4 of our beloved Angie.
My Workout: Deadlifts 3-3-3-3-3 Ended at 319, which felt really good. I'm looking forward to my next DL WOD. My personal goal for this tour is to break 400 on my DL.
