Worked through the warm-up with the guys today, then reviewed the Press and the Deadlift.
Today's workout was a light one, with an intro to Front Squats and KB swings.
As the guys build mechanics and show some consistency, we will slowly ramp up the intensity over the next few months.
We still need to get some pull-up bars built, and get a squat rack, as well as a few other pieces of gear, then we'll be set. Of course there's still plenty we can do with just our bodies, some dumbbells/KBs, jump ropes and barbells.
