It's been a while, but we're finally starting back up. This time in Kabul. Most of the equipment we had in Gardez is all over Afghanistan now, the same with our CrossFitters. It'll take a bit to replenish the equipment, but eventually we'll get back to where we were before.
I'll be posting updates on our Workouts in Kabul as well as from our CrossFitters in other areas.
Today's workout was a couple guys who haven't worked out before, as well as R2 from Gardez. We kept it light, worked on a good warm-up, then the Press and the Deadlift as our introductory exercises.
