Rest Day for most of the crew.
Today was the last day for Chris. He is on his way back to the US. We wish him the best with his endeavors. For his last day he decided he wanted one more workout, some people just don't quit, of course not, it's crossfit!
Here it is:
For time, 5 rounds
200 Meter Sprint
25 Box Jumps (truck tires 28 inches in height)
50 Sit Ups
50 Arches
With his typical style he ripped right through it with a 29:25 Time. Great Job and keep up the hard work!
