Due to Paul's injury we designed a different workout for him. Feeling the need to share the workout with someone we had Brian join in.
For Time - 5 X
200 Meter Sprint
25 Box Jumps (Truck tires stacked - 28 inches in total height)
50 Sit Ups
50 Arches
Brian - 32:43
Paul - 34:11
These two kept their times close to the 1st lap time through the entire workout, great job!
We had George complete 21-15-9 Burpies and Box Jumps (small box). For his first workout he fired through it and turned out a 9:05 time! At this rate he will be catching the rest of crew in no time.
