Brian has made some good increases. He said this one wasn't really bad so we will be stepping him up to more full scaled workouts.
Goose and Ryan were off the compound and couldn't make it, that's ok, we will help them out and let them make up the work outs. Brian doesn't want them feeling left out. See you soon guys.
We had a new arrival today, George. Chris talked him into coming and trying crossfit out. We worked skills for deadlifts, squats and kettle bell swings.
