Three rounds, 21-15- and 9 reps, for time of:
95 pound Thruster
Pull-ups

Mike 14:31(First non-Scaled MetCon!!! Actually 99# thrusters, because with the wierd weight combos we have we can't hit 95#, only 93 or 99)

Gary 15:05(25kg Thrusters, Blue Band Pull-ups)
Paul 15:03(30kg Thrusters, Blue Band Pull-ups)
