Overhead Squat 3-3-3-3-3-3-3 reps
Mike worked up to 60kg on the WOD then wanted to test ME so worked up to 65kg
Paul made it up to 50kg. He has good flexibility in the shoulders, so he'll go up fast.
Gary hit 30kg, mainly due to shoulder inflexibility. As soon as we sort that out he'll make some good jumps
