Worked on Kettlebell skills today with Chris, Mike, Gwen and Dave.
Kettlebell swings(American, Russian, and power version)
KB Cleans
KB Push Press
KB Snatch
Figure-8s
Windmills
Lunges with the KB overhead
Turkish Get-up
We ended the workout with the TGU, stressing technique. Gwen, Mike and Dave were all new to the movement, but were able to get a TGU with the 35# KB with no problems. Mike and Dave went on to do a TGU with the barbell. Chris did the Barbell + 5kg. Excellent work by all.
