23 March 2008 - PM Workout



Chris, Mike and Gwen today for a little metcon.

Push-press (66#) Push-ups Box Jump 18" box Jumping Pull-ups Sit-ups 1 Minute per station, 1 min rest after all five stations, repeated 3 times

Gwen was only supposed to do two rounds, but pushed herself hard and gutted out a third.
Mike has made some serious gains in Metcons since he started. He did all three rounds, and kept driving hard through each of them.
Chris tore through each round fast and furious.
