Gwen came in to give Crossfit a try for the first time. She's a boxer and has good flexibility and strength already, which gives us a good base to work from. We started her with the Crossfit warm-up, and then 6 rounds of Tabata Squats, 4 rounds of Tabata Push-ups. She did great, pushing herself even when tired and hurting.
