15 March 2008 - AM Workout

Started a 5x5 type strength program with the interpreters today. We'll be slowly working up the weight, and pushing technique hard over the next couple of months.
Today was:

Squats 5x5 50kg
Press 5x5 30 kg
Dips 3xF

A high point of the morning was "W" getting his very first pull-up! Good job!
