14 March 2008 - PM Workout


Crossfit Total today. New PRs for everyone.
Chris made the biggest jump, with a 55 lbs increase in his squat and about a 60 lbs jump in his deadlift.
Anton reached his goal and hit a 1001 lbs total.
Dan joined us for the first time today, and made an impressive showing for his first workout.
