Longer workout today as we spent quite a bit of time discussing technique for the lifts we performed.

Press: 3x5
Deadlift 1x5
Squat We ran short on time so stopped at 2x5

Also, a new victim came in, Hereafter known as "B2". J worked through 3 rds of the warm-up with him, then he watched and listened to the discussion/WOD. As always, we'll work Mechanics - Consistency then Slowly ramp up the Intensity.
