We've started working through the Level 4 Crossfit Intermediate Athlete standards.
Yesterday we knocked out the Push-ups, Bench Press and a couple others.
Today we tried the 500m Row.

B of course smoked the row, everyone else was close, but still needs a bit more work.

Skill Work: KB Snatches, one arm Swings

WOD: KB Snatch 35#, max snatches in 5 minutes. No setting the KB down.
Good little workout. Eventually we'll try the Max reps in 10 minutes.

Finisher: Tabata Push-ups

B, R3, and R4 all here today.

T1 and C did a separate workout a bit later.
