We did our own WOD today consisting of 5x5 Squats and 1x5 Deadlifts. Not that we didn't want to do the main site WOD(4x800m), but we're trying to orient a bit more towards strength for a while.
Mike's work sets on squats are up to 354, pretty damned impressive. He's got us all beat on ME Squats.
