2 pood Kettlebell swings, 25 reps(No 2 pood KB, so we calculated the power output and added reps depending on what KB the guys had)
25 GHD Sit-ups(Subbed sit-ups, no GHD)
25 Back Extensions(Subbed Supermen, no GHD)
25 Knees to Elbows
