"Cindy"
Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats

Dan - 18 rds
Mike - 12 rds

Both dan and Mike beat their old PRs, Dan by 2 rds, Mike by 1. Great job guys!!!

Paul and Gary did a scaled Cindy at 3-6-9- reps

Paul - 14 rds
Gary - 12 rds
