15 May 2008 - AM Workout

100 Push-ups
100 Sit-ups
100 Squats

For time. Finish one exercise prior to starting the next.

No scaling for any of the guys. They have come a Long way since starting Crossfit. Next time we'll start earlier so they have time for the 100 Pull-ups, and can knock out a full Angie.
