Deadlifts 1x5
We added 5kg each set to the squat.
Chris ended up at 330
Mike ended up at 330
Gwen ended at 231, 11# higher than her last workout.
On Deads we worked up to one heavy set of five.
Chris did 5x374#, up about ten lbs from his previous work sets
Mike did 2x374#, 3x363#
Gwen did 4x286#, 1x297#. Next time she breaks 300#!!!
