5 April 2008 - PM Workout

Tabata Something Else !!!

32 rounds of 20 sec work/10 sec rest where:
1st 8 rds are Pull-ups
2nd 8 rds are Push-ups
3rd 8 rds are Sit-ups
Final 8 rds are Squats

Score is total reps completed


Chris was the only one who had done this workout before. His last score was 321, this time 375!
Nice improvement in a little over two months.

Dan and Gwen got to experience TSE for the first time today, and did excellent jobs of pushing their limits.
