3 April 2008 - AM Workout

Hardest Metcon yet for the guys. Great way to test them. They all pushed hard. There was a little breakdown in technique(as expected), but with constant reminders they fixed their form(at least for that rep). Two months ago this workout would have probably killed them, but today they pushed their selves and then went on to work the rest of the day. They all are noticing muscles sticking out that never had before.

KB Swings(35#)
Deadlift(40kg)
Bench Press(25kg)
Box Jumps(20" box)
Jumping Pull-ups

1 Minute per station.
1 Minute rest after all five stations
3 times through
