24 April 2008 - PM Workout

Angie!!!

This along with Cindy are among my favorite WODs, simple in execution vicious in their effects on your body.

Angie
100 Pull-ups
100 Push-ups
100 Sit-ups
100 Squats

We reduced the reps slightly for Mike and Gwen, and Dan subbed Jumping pull-ups while still in search of a consistent Kip.
