15 April 2008 - PM Workout

Time to see where everyone is at strength-wise, so today was:

The Crossfit Total
Best of three tries at each of three exercises added together:
Squats
Press
Deadlifts

Chris added over 50lbs to his last CFT to get an even 1000.(S:368, P:176, DL:456)
Dan beat all his last lifts and scored a 858(S:297, P:176, DL:385)
Mike smoked everyone with an awesome score of 1023(S:396, P:198, DL:429)
