9 March 2008 - AM Workout

We worked on Push Press technique today, to make sure it was acceptable prior to including it in a circuit of:

Push Press (25kg)
Bench(30kg)
Dips
Ring Rows

1 Minute per station

The interpreters are definitely getting better with their technique, so we'll start ramping up the intensity a bit in upcoming workouts.
