Multiple workouts this afternoon. Minimal equipment, varying levels of skill, and one injured athlete are forcing me to develop my skills at creative workouts. I Love it.

Anton did:

Mike did:
21-15-9 18" Box Jumps/Burpees - 15:40
Mike is still new to this altitude and to Crossfit, but is pushing hard. He is already strong, so once we get the MetCon up he'll be a monster.
After the workout we played around with Oly bar Turkish Get-ups. Chris was able to do 30kg, Anton did 40kg, and Brad did a truly UGLY 30kg.
