Strength day today. The guys are still making linear progress, so they are enjoying the quick gains.

Squat

R2:65kg 5x5
K: 65kg 5x5
R1: 60kg 5x5

Deadlift
Everyone was fine at 70kg

Bench
R1: 50kg
M: 50kg
R2: 40kg
K: 55kg
W: 55kg
