Gwen, Chris and Mike for today's workout. Intro to Jumping Rope, and a little Double Under practice to start things off. Then:
50-40-30-20-10
Push Press (Bar)
Rope jump
Double unders are still too new to add to the WOD, so we went with single rope turns.
Gwen(30-20-10) : 4:26
Chris:(Full workout): 8:33
Mike(Full Workout): 12:33
Gwen is nursing a sore knee from running, but was ok with the jump rope. She is a boxer and jumping rope is natural for her. Chris has good technique on the jump rope, so it's time to push the double unders. Mike is strong as an ox, so the push press(although exhausting) was no problem, but the rope jumping gave him a little trouble.
Dan did the workout later with Chris timing him in a bit over 6 minutes.
