It's been a while since we have done a grinder so today's workout is:

50 Pull-ups
50 Squats
50 Sit-ups
50 Push-Press(66#)
50 KB Swings(35#)
50 Lunges
50 ball Slams(20# Ball)
50 Burpees
50 Bench Press (35kg)

1 time through for time

Chris did the full 50 reps of each in 29:08
Mike did 35 of each in 29:26
Dave did 35 of each in 26:26
