26 March 2008 - AM Workout

Great MetCon for the interpreters today. This is the longest MetCon they have done to date. A couple of them started off a little fast, then quickly realized they couldn't sustain the pace. Excellent learning experience.

5 Push-ups
10 Sit-ups
15 Squats

As many rounds in 20 minutes as possible

They all did well, pushing their selves harder than ever. Excellent effort by everyone.

M: 15 rds
R1: 14 rds and about 13 squats
R2: 10 rds
W: 10 rds
K: 6 rds. (He had to cut the workout short to do some interpreting)
