Working up to longer MetCons with the interpreters. It'll take a bit before we get to full Crossfit WODs as RX'd with them, but they push hard and are making gains quickly. They are proud of their progress and so am I.

KB Swings (12 kg)
Dips
2 rounds - 1st round 1 minute, 2nd round 45 sec
