12 March 2008 - PM Workout

To give Chris and Anton's backs a break we went with:

"Tabata Something Else"
32 rounds of 20 sec work/10 sec rest, where the first 8 are Pull-ups, the second 8 are Push-ups,
the 3rd 8 are Sit-ups and the last 8 are Squats.

Chris: 321
Anton: 396

David subbed Lunges for pull-ups. He wanted a harder leg day, and pull-ups are too easy for him anyway.
