10 March 2008 - PM Workout

IT'S SQUAT IMPROVEMENT MONTH!!!

This month we'll be focusing hard on perfecting our squat form, and improving our strength in the squat. We changed the warm-up slightly to include a couple of exercises designed to help us improve our technique, and strengthen possible weak points. We're striving for virtuosity.
