14 June 2008 - PM WOD

Three rounds for time of:
Run 800 meters
50 Back Extensions
50 Sit-ups

Paul: 19:57

This was one of Paul's first unscaled workouts, he dropped nearly 2.5 minutes from his original time!

Mike is dealing with shin splints, so he did an alternate WOD, one of his first,
which was:21-15-9 18" Box Jumps/Burpees

His original time was 15:40, this time he went to higher jumps and still cut his time nearly in half.
