8 June 2008 - PM WOD

Five rounds for time of:
135 pound Squat clean, 7 reps
15 Handstand push-ups

We need some work on our Squat Cleans, so we stayed with a very light weight(30kg), and concentrated on Technique, and didn't focus on the time element too much.

Chris did as many actual HSPU as he could, then moved to Butt Over Shoulders(BOS) elevated push-ups.

Joe and Paul stuck with BOS.

Mike did Tabata Squats(Torn Bicep)
