8 April 2008 - PM Workout

We refreshed on some skill work with the KB today prior to the workout, which was:

10 Burpees
20 Ring Dips
30 Arches
40 Push Press(Bar)
50 Squats

Chris tore through it in 5:09
Gwen wasn't too far behind at 9:41
