Today, Crossfit.com called for a WOD consisting of Power snatches and runs. Most of my guys are still building up skill in the olympic lifts, so I didn't want exhaustion to play a factor and screw up their skill development. So instead we went with:
Power Snatches 3-3-3-3-3-3-3
Dan and Mike worked up to 121#
Gwen hit 66#
