Heavy Weighted Pull-ups today, one of my personal favorites.
Pull-ups 1-1-1-1-1-1-1
Add weight each rep
Mike worked up to just shy of 55#
Gwen worked up to 22#
Jack worked up to 79#
Pretty amazing improvement on Mike's and Gwen's parts. Mike started barely able to do 5 pull-ps in the warm-up and is now doing heavy weighted pull-ups. Gwen Started not being able to do a single pull-up and now 22#! Great job Mike and Gwen!
