28 March 2008 - PM Workout

Great workout today. The guys pushed their selves to their limits, absolutely outstanding effort by everyone.

Row 1000m - 50 Squats
Rest
Row 500m - 50 Push-ups
Rest
Row 250m - 50 Sit-ups

Score each round for time, then add together for total time. Your rest interval is the time it takes the guy before you to get off the C2 Rower. As the Rows become shorter, the rest interval becomes shorter.

Dave: 14:01

If we had a second rower I could see a team workout in this one, but Hell, we're happy to even have a rower over here in Afghanistan.
