Continuing with the strength building for the interpreters. They can all feel their selves getting stronger and they are liking the results. I told them they'll be ready to join the Afghan Olympic team soon if they keep it up.
Squats 5x5 - Stuck with 50 kg this workout, to work out a couple of small form issues
Deadlifts 3x5 60kg
Pull-ups 3x to Failure
