Introduced the guys to our version of "The Bear" (Clean/Thruster/Back Squat/Push Press)today.
They loved it of course.
WOD - 10 bear(40 kg)/10 burpess - Max Rounds in 20 Minutes.

LT - Worked on technique
Dave did the 20-15-10-5 KB Swing/Box Jump/Ring Push-ups we did last cycle. Time : 6:50
We ended with a little work on the false grip and some MU drills, as well as our usual L-sit practice. The MU is our next big skill focus.
